I happen to live in a part of Texas where the sun burns everything to a crisp brown in the Summer and the grass only gets a chance during our snow-less Winter.

I hadn't though about letting my muse have her hibernation. When she goes to sleep I tend to grab a stick and poke her. We hear the "write every day" mantra so often. I'm still not sure if lack of inspiration is part of a cycle or if it's just me being lazy. :P

I really liked this post. I love winter (Florida) so everything is still green and its only cold sporadically but it's not 100 degrees and that is great. Although yes I find myself being way less productive even though I enjoy the winter. Let us hope Spring brings lots of good things.
