Road Trip Wednesday #209: End Of Year Goals

Welcome to our 209th Road Trip Wednesday!

Road Trip Wednesday is a ‘Blog Carnival,’ where YA Highway's contributors post a weekly writing- or reading-related question that begs to be answered. In the comments, you can hop from destination to destination and get everybody's unique take on the topic. We'd love for you to participate! Just answer the prompt on your own blog and leave a link - or, if you prefer, you can include your answer in the comments.

This Week's Topic: The end of the year is close! How did you do on your goals this year?

Road Trip Song of the Week: "We Will Rock You" by Queen

Next week’s topic: What was the best book you read in December? (I know it's super early but I had to do this topic early this month or not at all!)

  1. Looking back, I realized that I never really did a post on my goals for this past year (you know, way, way back in January). In fact, I don't think I really set any concrete ones at the start of the year, posted or not. I usually find myself in a kind of funk following the holidays, one that does not really lend itself to goal-setting.

I can't really say which goals I met (or missed). I can, however, tell you what I'm proud of.

  2. I accomplished the goal, and started on ones to improve it :)

  3. I hit my goals and even surprised myself a little by getting a great jump start on my next WIP.

  4. Looking back at 2013, and forward to 2014:
