Our First Official YAH Author Event!

There's always been this expectation that, one day, we would buy an old VW bus, paint our logo on the side and drive it all over the country, visiting as many bookstores as possible along the way and figuring out how to cook three meals a day for a dozen+ people with only a Bunsen burner and a dented tin camping pot. We're still working on realizing that particular dream, but today we're excited to announce the first (of many!) official YA Highway author event!

Please join us on Tuesday, March 12th from 4:00 - 5:30 pm PST at the Shelton Library, just outside of Olympia and Tacoma, WA, for an event filled with books, insights and (probably) laughter. We'll be chatting about writing and, afterwards, signing your books (a limit of two titles per book per author per person, please)(if that makes sense, heh). With lots more YA Highway books in the months and years to come, this is just the beginning of a beautiful tradition. We hope to see you there!
YA Highway, Shelton Timberland Library and Sage Bookstore present a Teen Author Showcase and signing!
When: March 12, 2013 from 4:00 - 5:30 pm
Featuring: Veronica Roth, Kristin Halbrook, Kirsten Hubbard, Kody Keplinger, Phoebe North and Sumayyah Daud.

See you there!

  1. The Tacoma area is such a great area. I went there a couple summers ago. I wish I could be there, alas I can not. :( Hope your event is perfect. I'll be waiting for the 'Flower Power' bus to arrive in the Savannah area.
