Greetings from Seattle, home of ALA Midwinter 2013! We've had a great time here in the city (even those of us who already live here, like Kristin Halbrook), at the conference (books! BOOKS!) and at The Great YA Blogger Meetup -- the third we've co-hosted with
Stacked Books. Below: a few of our funtimes pics, by me and Sarah Enni. If you have any to add, you can email us at yahighway (at) gmail.com.

That sunset pic was gorgeous! This looks like it was such a great time! I hope I get to go someday. Thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a blast!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like there weren't any males there! Were there any that just didn't make it into the pictures? Or is that YA Blog world lacking a gender?
ReplyDeleteOne of our favorite male bloggers ever, Benji from The Nonreluctant Reader, was there! See pic #5.
DeleteSomehow looked right over that! Great pictures! =]
DeleteHey, cool, I even made it into one of your pictures! ;)
ReplyDeleteThe meetup was SO much fun. I've got about a jillion cards and sites and books to check out now.... The only disappointment was that I never actually got to say hi to you ladies. You were so popular the entire time! So I'll just say what I would've said: this is a great blog, and I loved Like Mandarin. And thanks for hosting the meetup!
oh no, I'm sorry that we didn't get to meet!! next time. I'm so glad you loved Like Mandarin <3
DeleteThat looks like so much fun! And the first picture is so beautiful. Then all those books ... oh, I'm so jealous!
ReplyDeleteOh look, pictures of me I didn't realize were taken :P
ReplyDeleteIt was a lot of fun though, thanks for hosting, ladies :]
