  1. SO EXCITED! I wrote a blog post analysing the trailer for the person who hasn't read or heard of The Hunger Games:

  6. I thought I wouldn't like it, because I'm still not totally sold on Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss (she's just lacking that edge). But I really did enjoy it.

Maybe I'm just hormonal, but I actually teared up at the scene where Katniss volunteers. I didn't think I was going to go see the movie before, but now it's a definite.

  7. I didn't think I'd like the Hunger Games as much as I did, but I loved it. And it's just awesome to be able to see another favorite book on the big screen. So far it looks just how I would imagine it.

I'll definitely be going to see it, and dragging as many people as I can with me!

  8. I was highly impressed. I've been waiting for the full trailer for a while, and I was very excited. I liked how they showed less of the real "action" and more of what led up to it. I think it makes a great precursor to the actual movie.

    I'm very excited now!
