Road Trip Wednesday #94: Best Book of the Month

Welcome to our 94th Road Trip Wednesday!

Road Trip Wednesday is a ‘Blog Carnival,’ where YA Highway's contributors post a weekly writing- or reading-related question that begs to be answered. In the comments, you can hop from destination to destination and get everybody's unique take on the topic.

We'd love for you to participate! Just answer the prompt on your own blog and leave a link - or, if you prefer, you can include your answer in the comments.

This Week's Topic:
What's the best book you've read in August?

Road Trip Song of the Week:
"Summer in the City" by Regina Spektor
Emilia Plater

Emilia is a YA author who avoids studying, food that isn't covered in cheese, and waking up before 10:30AM whenever possible. A bundle of confusions.

  2. The only book I've finished in August was Agatha Christie's Curtain: Poirot's Last Case - this is because I'm halfway through George RR Martin's A Clash of Kings and Stieg Larsson's The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, and they're both huge!

I have to say, I slacked a bit, but I have been listening to an audiobook and fully intend to start reading an absolutely amazing-sounding book today.
