Welcome to our 93th Road Trip Wednesday!
Road Trip Wednesday is a ‘Blog Carnival,’ where YA Highway's contributors post a weekly writing- or reading-related question and answer it on our own blogs. You can hop from destination to destination and get everybody's unique take on the topic.
We'd love for you to participate! Just answer the prompt on your own blog and leave a link in the comments - or, if you prefer, you can include your answer in the comments.
This Week's Topic:
How do you beat writer's block?
Do you go for a jog? Read a book? Go to a movie? Come on, share your secret - we're dying to know!
Road Trip Song of the Week:
“Hit Me With Your Best Shot" by Pat Benatar
Next week’s topic:
Best book of the month

I read craft books, because 99 times out of 100 when I'm stuck on something it's because my subconscious knows I've taken a wrong turn somewhere. Reading craft books makes me start thinking about writing in general, and next thing I know, I'm inspired, fixed, and excited about my ms again.
ReplyDeleteWell, this is certainly timely... Here's mine!

Writer's Block, in the house! I think that it's slightly ironic that I'm writing a post on writer's block while I'm at work, suffering from writer's block on a response essay due later today. Yay for distractions!
